About Gina Cooper

Yoga Alliance Certified 200HR RYT Instructor

Gina has been practicing yoga since 2003. After recovering from various surgeries in the 2010’s, Gina decided to become a certified yoga instructor in 2020.

Gina completed her certification during the COVID-19 pandemic. This influence sealed her commitment to creating positive environments where personal empowerment can be found through the joy of intentional movement.

Gina believes that every body can benefit from yoga. In Gina’s classes you can expect a practice that is approachable, challenging, creative, joyful, heat building (as appropriate), and kind. Connectedness, authenticity, lightheartedness, and relentless encouragement are the DNA of her practice. Gina values positivity, meeting yourself where you are, and focusing on what you can do as an opening for deepening possibilities.

Gina’s influences are power vinyasa and restorative with an emphasis on creative flow that integrates a graceful use of props and pauses to make space for your next level.

When Gina is not teaching yoga she is advising startups at Cooper Strategies.
